Stuffed eggs are a popular food to serve anytime, but especially at Easter. They are quickly prepared with only a few ingredients and are a great side dish for almost any menu. People love them. They are great on a salad for lunch or dinner, at a buffet, or with barbeque at a picnic. They can be stuffed with different ingredients, herbs, and spices to create a nice variety of tastes, and can be taken to an entirely different level as elegant Easter eggs by placing the sides together and decorating them with pastel-tinted cream cheese.
