SPOKANE, Wash., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Book Publishers Inc. (N.A.S.D. BB: IBOK) announced that it has signed a non binding letter of intent to buy all of the outstanding shares of Accord Semiconductor Equipment Group Inc. and change its name to Accord Advanced Technologies Inc. subject to shareholder approval.
Accord, with $5 million in annual sales, specializes in remanufacturing the equipment of Applied Materials, the OEM industry leader. Accord initially contracted with Microchip Technology and Micron Semiconductor for reconditioning of Applied Materials equipment.
