Harris Stratex Networks Inc (Nasdaq:HSTX), a provider of backhaul solutions for mobility and broadband networks, announced on Monday (6 April) it was selected by Africell Holding, a subsidiary of Lintel Holding, a provider of GSM telecomms services in West Africa, to expand its GSM networks in Africa.
According to the company, Harris Stratex Eclipse radios provide backhaul for next-generation, IP-enabled mobile base stations to support increased reach and capacity for Africell networks in Gambia and Sierra Leone. Lintel ...
