ENECO Holding NV is back in the private market seeking funds via Barclays Capital, two years after the Netherlands-based energy company issued one of the largest private placements ever.

This time around, ENECO is looking for $150 million in five-, seven-, 10-, 12-, and 15- year paper. The existing NAIC-2 is expected to price on Tuesday, and several sources said they expected the deal to be upsized.
