ENECO Holding NV is back in the private market seeking funds via Barclays Capital, two years after the Netherlands-based energy company issued one of the largest private placements ever.
This time around, ENECO is looking for $150 million in five-, seven-, 10-, 12-, and 15- year paper. The existing NAIC-2 is expected to price on Tuesday, and several sources said they expected the deal to be upsized.
However, it is unlikely ENECO's current offering will reach the gargantuan size of its private placement from February of 2007. That deal was 775 million euro ($1.018 billion at the time) and priced in seven-, 10-, 12-, 15-, and ...
