Three deals perk up slow office market
The Southfield office of CB Richard Ellis recently completed office deals for three businesses totaling 39,000 square feet of space in the area.
Southfield-based Wow Green International L.L.C. leased 12,446 square feet in the 1000 Tower of the Southfield Town Center. The space was originally occupied by CB Richard Ellis' corporate office.
Chicago-based Patrick Energy Services Inc. moved into 17,621 square feet at 39500 Orchard Hill Place in Novi.
Livonia-based Foley, Baron, Metzger P.L.L.C. leased 9,039 square feet at Cambridge Center, 38777 W. Six Mile, Livonia. CB Richard Ellis was the sole ...
