SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq: ADBE) announced today that it has acquired DigiDox, Inc., a privately-held company, that is a leading developer of electronic catalogs and authoring tools based upon Adobe(R) Acrobat(R) software and the Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).
DigiDox, based in Grand Rapids, Mich., employs 40 people and will operate under the DigiDox name as a subsidiary of Adobe Systems Incorporated. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
