Sep. 17--Like the El Nino-churned waters off the coast, the local restaurant business is teeming with fish. And more are ending up diced, flame-broiled and smothered under cabbage, cheese and salsa in a soft corn tortilla -- your basic fish taco.
One taste, and Maureen Marchetti was hooked.
"I'm not a fish eater," the sixtysomething resident of San Clemente said at the recent grand opening there of Wahoo's Fish Taco. "It's my first fish taco, and it's good."
