PARIS, France, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Coflexip Stena Offshore (Nasdaq: CXIPY) announced today that it has signed a joint venture agreement with the Swedish Kockums group of which GVA Consultants (GVA-C) form part to work together as turret supplier for floating production vessels.
As part of the joint venture, Coflexip Stena Offshore will contribute its expertise in engineering, manufacture and installation of flexible risers, umbilicals and subsea products while GVA-C will provide its turret engineering capabilities.
