HORSHAM, Pa., Sept. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- GMAC Commercial Mortgage (GMACCM) is expanding its Hospitality Division business with the creation of an equipment financing group to serve the lodging industry.
The new Equipment Finance Group will initially focus on providing financing for critical hospitality industry equipment including items from furniture to softgoods. They will eventually support other GMACCM business groups by providing short-term finance and leasing products. The group, based in Atlanta, GA, will operate as part of GMACCM's Hospitality Division in Vienna, VA.
