UN chief deplores Fiji leader's decision to scrap Constitution

United Nations, Apr 11 (PTI) UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has expressed his "dismay" over Fiji's President Ratu Josefa Iloilo's decision to scrap Constitution, describing it as a "clear attempt" by an "unelected executive" to prolong rule by setting a new five-year timeframe for parliamentary polls in 2014.
