ST. LOUIS-The St. Louis Browns haven't taken to the field here since 1953, but they're being kept alive in part by American Eagle Credit Union, a division of Anheuser-Busch Employees Credit Union.
The team relocated in 1954 and became the Baltimore Orioles; 30 years later the St. Louis Browns Historical Society formed to salute the team that played in St. Louis beginning in 1902 and which shared a ballpark with the St. Louis Cardinals for 50 years.
