MVL to issue 71.28 lakh warrants to BCCL
Mumbai, Apr 13 (PTI) -- Realty firm MVL today said it will issue over 71.28 lakh convertible warrants to media firm Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd (BCCL) on a preferential basis.
The board of directors has approved the issue of over 71.28 lakh convertible warrants 'The Times of India' and 'The Economic Times' publishers BCCL on a preferential basis, MVL said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Further, the board has also approved the issue of one lakh zero-coupon unsecured fully-convertible debentures to Bhaskar Group firm DB Corp on a preferential basis.
