Svyaz-Bank pays off $30 mln syndicated loan
MOSCOW. April 14 (Interfax) - Svyaz-Bank (RTS: SVZB) has completely paid off its third syndicated loan worth $30 million, the bank said.
The raised funds were used to finance the foreign trade activities of the bank's clients.
It was earlier reported that Svyaz-Bank raised an unsecured syndicated from at LIBOR + 2.5% repayable in 364 days in April 2008.
The loan's organizers were VTB (RTS: VTBR), UniCredit Bank and Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG. Participating in the syndicate were OTP Bank Plc, VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG, BRE Bank SA, BRED Banque Populaire, LHB Internationale Handelsbank ...
