A request for proposals was issued last week to three prequalified bidding teams in order to select one proponent to design, build, finance and operate the South Fraser Perimeter Road.
An evaluation team, including leading experts in highway safety, construction traffic management, highway design and construction, finance, environment and other technical areas, will assess the proposals.
