Lithuanian refiner Mazeikiu Nafta in talks to export products via Latvia
WARSAW/VILNIUS. APRIL 15. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Lithuanian oil refiner Mazeikiu Nafta, part of Poland's PKN Orlen group, is in talks with Latvian ports to export its products via their terminals, Lithuanian business daily Verslo Zinios reported on Wednesday.
Mazeikiu Nafta started negotiations with the ports of Ventspils and Riga and is also in talks with Latvian Railways. The company says that it is considering transporting its products to Latvia by railway or exporting them by pipeline, the daily said.
