WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 25, 1997-- Servico, Inc. (NYSE: SER), a nationwide owner and operator of hotels, today announced the purchase of the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Concord, California. The hotel is located approximately 25 miles east of San Francisco in a growing regional business center area.
This full service Sheraton has 323 rooms and more than 15,000 square feet of meeting space.
