ZAMBOANGA CITY, April 15 (PNA) -- Various sectors have positively responded to the call of Mayor Celso Lobregat for support to the Gawad Kalinga 1 Million Bayani (GK1MB) Challenge, a program that targets to build 62 houses for homeless families in Barangay Tulungatung, by helping finance materials for the construction of at least 12 houses.

Lobregat and representatives from the private sector formally turned over the cash donations to GK-Zamboanga head Deogracias Maranga and his finance officer Bing Calzada for the construction of 10 of the 12 houses.
