ACQUISITIONS
Dearborn-based Auto Club Insurance Association has completed its planned acquisition of Auburn Hills-based MEEMIC Insurance Co. and its insurance agency affiliate, MEEMIC Insurance Services Corp. Terms were not disclosed. Steven Monahan has been appointed CEO of MEEMIC, which will become a subsidiary of the Auto Club Insurance Association.
