CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 26, 1997--Mill City Gold Mining Corp. (VSE:MIY) announces that it has received regulatory approval to its application extending the exercise date in respect of those outstanding Share Purchase Warrants previously issued by the Corporation as part of Private Placement financings completed in late 1995 and March, 1997.
