American Business Leasing, Inc. Forms First Alliance with Amalgamated Bank
BALA CYNWYD, Pa., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- American Business Leasing, Inc. (ABL), the business equipment leasing subsidiary of American Business Financial Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: ABFI), announced today that it has launched its Bank Leasing Alliance Program by initiating an agreement with New York- based Amalgamated Bank. Through this alliance, ABL will provide a business equipment leasing program for the bank's 5,000-plus commercial customers, managing all aspects of credit, documentation, processing and collections for the leases.
