LONDON, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard & Poor's assigns its triple-'B'- minus foreign currency rating to Slovenske Elektrarne's Finance BV's forthcoming US$ 150 million ten year Euro 144A bond issue. The issue is unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Slovenske Elektrarne a.s. (SE).

SE's foreign currency corporate credit rating of triple-'B'-minus has been affirmed, following the International Court of Justice's recent judgment on the dispute between Hungary and the Slovak Republic concerning the Gabcikovo dam.
