LONDON, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard & Poor's assigns its triple-'B'- minus foreign currency rating to Slovenske Elektrarne's Finance BV's forthcoming US$ 150 million ten year Euro 144A bond issue. The issue is unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Slovenske Elektrarne a.s. (SE).
SE's foreign currency corporate credit rating of triple-'B'-minus has been affirmed, following the International Court of Justice's recent judgment on the dispute between Hungary and the Slovak Republic concerning the Gabcikovo dam. The Court has found both parties in breach of their legal obligations and calls upon Hungary and Slovakia to negotiate remedial measures. ...
