NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 30, 1997--Kideo Productions, Inc. (KIDO: KIDOW) announced today that on Friday, Sept. 26, 1997, The Nasdaq Stock Market notified Kideo (the "Company") of Nasdaq's decision, pursuant to a hearing held earlier this month, to delete from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market the Company's Stock (symbol: KIDO) and Redeemable Warrants (symbol:KIDOW).

The Nasdaq decision was based in part upon the Company's having not met, as reflected in its Form 10-QSB for the quarterly period ended April 30, 1997, the "total assets" and "capital and surplus" requirements for continued listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.
