NEW YORK, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- At a ceremony in New York today, Northwest President and Chief Executive Officer John Dasburg and KLM President and Chief Executive Officer Leo van Wijk executed a ten-year global joint venture agreement. Included in the primary agreements are a contract for Northwest's repurchase of KLM's stock interest in Northwest, and an alliance implementation agreement which is designed to take the successful and profitable Northwest-KLM alliance to the next stage of development and integration.
