KELLOGG, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 29, 1997--The directors for New Jersey Mining Co. and Plainview Mining Co. (OTC BB:PLMC) announce their intent to merge their companies.
The surviving company will be New Jersey Mining Co. New Jersey Mining has made an offer to Plainview shareholders of two New Jersey shares for each Plainview share. The Plainview board of directors recommends that shareholders accept this offer.
Plainview Mining is presently a holding company with no active mine properties. The merger with New Jersey Mining will benefit Plainview shareholders through mine development and exploration conducted by New Jersey's active ...
