Cerapedics, Inc., a privately held medical device company focused on developing and commercializing novel osteobiologic products based on its proprietary small peptide attachment factor technology platform, recently completed a round of private equity financing totaling $15 million. NGN Capital led the round and was joined by sole Series A investor OrbiMed Advisors. In addition, NGN Capital's Kenneth Abramowitz and OrbiMed Advisors' Chau Khuong have joined the Board of Directors (see also Cerapedics, Inc.).
