First Potomac Realty Trust announced that Advanced Biotechnologies, Inc. has renewed its lease for approximately 28,000 square feet at RiversPark, in Columbia, Maryland. Advanced Biotechnologies, Inc. specializes in the development, manufacture, and supply of products and services for the research and monitoring of infectious diseases. The company has been a tenant at RiversPark since 1987 and this transaction solidifies their ongoing presence at the property (see also First Potomac Realty Trust).
