HOUSTON, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Highlands Insurance Group (Highlands) (NYSE: HIC), a property and casualty insurer, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company of Ridgeland, Mississippi to transfer control of Northwestern National County Mutual Insurance Company ("County Mutual") to Southern Farm Bureau Casualty.
