CLEVELAND, Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Medusa Corporation (NYSE: MSA) announced today that it has acquired Lee Lime Corporation, a privately owned producer of limestone, quicklime, hydrated lime and packaged cement mixes based in Lee, Massachusetts. Terms of the cash transaction were not disclosed.
Lee Lime is a leading producer of home and garden products and other industrial, construction and agricultural limestone products in the Northeast. Lee Lime home & garden products include the Berkshire Master Gardener, Handi-Mix, Minute Man, Dairy-Kleen and Lee brands.
