The Coalition for a Democratic Workplace (CDW) today thanked Senator Blanche Lincoln for her courageous stand in opposition to cloture and final passage of the Employee Free Choice Act.
In remarks to an Arkansas group today, Senator Lincoln voiced opposition to both the card check scheme and the job-killing binding interest arbitration provision.
"CDW appreciates Senator Lincoln's principled decision to protect worker privacy and secret ballot elections," said Brian Worth with the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace.
Senator Lincoln's opposition demonstrates the growing, bi-partisan opposition to this onerous legislation.
