Record attendance at this year's International Car Wash Assn. (ICA) trade show indicates a growing interest among many, including those in the petroleum and convenience store industries, to figure out how to squeeze more profits out of their car washes.
Some of the ideas tossed around included multiple car wash bays, upgrades, seasonal give-aways, gift cards and aspects of the "show business" side of car washing that has brought colors, suds and aromas into the presentational mix.
