Barclays Capital priced a $393 million, multi-currency deal for Dutch energy company Eneco Holding NV yesterday. The deal was upsized from an original $150 million at launch.
The NAIC-1 deal priced in U.S. dollars, Sterling, and euro dollars. The U.S. dollar component of the deal was $269 million in size, while the Sterling and euro components of the deal were a[currency]75 million and a[logical not]10 million. Twelve investors participated in the deal.
