NEW YORK, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The Princeton Review, the country's fastest growing test preparation company, today settled a lawsuit by Kaplan Education Centers. The suit was over cover copy mistakes on two Princeton Review products: the book, Cracking the GMAT CAT, and the software package, Inside the SAT/ACT Deluxe.
Kaplan had asked the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York to order recalls of the two Princeton Review products, and for substantial monetary damages.
