This short paper describes an investigation that was performed to explore if the group of people with schizophrenia treated with antipsychotics are satisfied with their medical treatment.
Throughout the years, a lot of articles have indicated that atypical antipsychotics are more effective regarding symptom alleviation and cognitive improvement, as well as regarding reduction of side effects, compared to older conventional antipsychotics. These findings are based on results from numerous different clinical trials (1, 2, 3).
