Four in 10 Brits have revealed that they take part in extreme dieting or over-exercising in the run up to their beach holiday. A survey* released today by Suunto, a leading sports instruments brand in the UK, revealed that, despite 90% admitting they are paranoid about getting into a bikini or shorts, 20% has admitted to never exercising.
