*** Russia had 0.2% inflation for the period March 31-April 6 and 0.2% since the beginning of April, the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) said. Inflation was 5.6% in the year to date. Consumer prices rose 5.3% between January 1 and April 6, 2008, including 0.5% in the first week of April. They rose 1.4% in April 2008 as a whole.
