ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Essential Communications and Extreme Networks, two leading providers of Gigabit Ethernet networking solutions, announced that they have successfully conducted interoperability testing between the company's Gigabit Ethernet products.
The tests were conducted between Essential's JackRabbit(TM) NIC (network interface card) and Extreme's Summit2(TM) LAN switch and established immediate and continuous communications across all network layers.
