HAMPTON - Ruth Fincher "Baby Sis" Howell of Danfield Circle died April 17, 2009, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital after a long illness. She was born April 22, 1934, in Norfolk County and was preceded in death by Junious Holley Sr. and Elder Russell Fincher. She was a member of United House of Prayer for All People, Newport News.
