Article: Formosa Plastic's Ningbo refining complex put on agenda.(New Setup, Agreement & Plan)

The second phase of Formosa Plastic Group's petrochemical project--a refining and ethylene complex in Ningbo--is now on agenda, following the completion of its first phase at the end of 2008. The Ningbo government is pushing forward the pre-construction work and expects to start the second phase construction soon.
