FORT LEE, N.J., Oct. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Gaming Venture Corp., U.S.A. (OTC Bulletin Board: GVCU) today announced the signing of a letter of intent with privately held Casino Journal Publishing Group to enter into a written agreement pursuant to which Gaming Venture Corp., U.S.A. will acquire all of the outstanding ownership interests of Casino Journal Publishing Group.
