SAN DIEGO, Oct. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Three leading rating agencies have extended the financial strength ratings of the Liberty Mutual inter-company pool to the newly formed Golden Eagle Insurance Corporation. The San Diego- based property and casualty insurer is now rated "A" (Excellent) by A.M. Best, "Aa3" (Excellent) by Moody's, and "AA" (Excellent) by Standard & Poor's.
