So here's the thing, I love to shop. When I confess to you that I love to shop, it's not just that shopping is fun (which it is) or that I'm attracted to things that sparkle (which I am). I love to shop because I'm really good at it, and trust me on this -- not everyone is good at shopping. You're probably wondering what all this "shop" talk has to do with you. You're in retail and surrounded by shoppers, both good and bad, on a daily basis. It's your job to make them love shopping.
