ATLANTA -- Momeni celebrates a milestone at this week's International Area Rug Market: the introduction of the 100th design for its New Wave Collection, the line many have credited for getting the contemporary rug movement rolling.
In honor of the achievement, the company will host a party on Thursday night of the market, but Austin Craley, vice president of sales, said the event is not so much to introduce the 100th design, but "celebrate exceeding 100 designs in one collection. As far as we know," he said, "that's unheard of in our industry."
