WHITEWRIGHT, Texas, Oct. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- North Texas Cement Company announced today that it will build a cement manufacturing plant in Grayson and Fannin Counties just south of the City of Whitewright.
The proposed multi-million dollar facility will have a production capacity of one million tons per year and is expected to be on-line by the Fourth Quarter of the year 2000. This new facility will significantly increase the amount of cement North Texas Cement already produces and supplies to the Texas market.
