The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) released on April 8th the interim review judgment on acrylate (or acrylic esters, HS code: 29161200) imported from Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
China terminates the antidumping measure for acrylate originated from Korea and continues to impose antidumping tariff on the products from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia under the MOC's judgments in 2003 and 2005, effective April 8th, 2009. (CCR2005 No. 21, 2003 No. 12)
On April 9th, 2008 MOC started the final review investigation into the case. (CCR2008 No. 12)
