ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 13, 1997--AM-PAC International Inc. (NASDAQ BB:AMPC) has signed a joint venture agreement with the Meyer Washington Investment Corp. to open Captain Tony's Pizza stores throughout China.
AM-PAC will own 60% of the subsidiary to be called Shanghai Captain Tony's Pizza Co. Ltd., which will be directed by the company's Hong Kong based subsidiary, Pacific Foods Ltd.
AM-PAC will contribute $300,000 and Meyer Washington will contribute $200,000 to capitalize Shanghai Captain Tony's Pizza Co. Ltd. Meyer Washington will provide the necessary PRC permits, import licenses and their existing distribution network for ...
