Although a second-tier offering at coffeehouses, the raves rooibos gets are first rate.
Stocking the rich red herbal is a great way to distinguish your shop from competitors, says TeaSource's Bill Waddington. "It sells great and rooibos will be among the highest gross margin items in your store," adds Waddington, who founded the St. Paul, Minn.-based tea retail and import firm in 1996.
