Bed Bath's $86 million acquisition of buybuy Baby last week comes as the retailer begins to slow the growth of its maturing mother-ship stores.
"Buybuy Baby lends itself to fairly sizeable expansion," said Donald Trott, analyst with Jefferies & Co.
