Spectrum Control, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPEC), a leading designer and manufacturer of custom electronic products and systems, announced the appointment of Charles S. Mahan, Jr. (Lieutenant General, US Army, Retired) to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Mahan had a distinguished 35 year military career, with his final assignment as Chief of Logistics for the US Army.
