ST. LOUIS, Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- D&K Healthcare Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: DKWD) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Associated Pharmacies, Inc. (API), a wholesale pharmaceutical distributor which was owned by approximately 38 shareholders, including approximately 20 independent retail pharmacies. In connection with the transaction, D&K entered into multi-year supply agreements with many of the former shareholders of API.
