INDONESIA'S PKT POSTS 12% JUMP IN UREA FERTILIZER OUPUT
JAKARTA - The urea fertilizer production of Indonesia's PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur rose 12 per cent in the first quarter of this year to 756,000 tons from 675,000 tons in the same period last year.
Hidayat Nyakman, the president of the state company attributed the increase to optimization of the capacity launched to meet growing consumption this year.
